These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website webdesignusa.site and the services provided by Web Design USA, a division of MillionaireHost Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Web Design USA provides web design, branding, digital marketing, WordPress development, Shopify development, custom software development, AI automation, and web hosting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in a separate project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW).
Each project is governed by a project proposal that outlines:
The project proposal, together with these Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Web Design USA for that project.
Standard payment structure:
All prices are in US Dollars. Late payments may result in work being paused. Invoices unpaid for more than 30 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
Our packages include unlimited revisions within the defined project scope. Revisions that fall outside the agreed scope may be quoted and billed separately.

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all custom design work and code created specifically for your project. Web Design USA retains the right to:
Some projects may utilize third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock images, or services that require their own licenses. You are responsible for maintaining any required licenses after project handover. Web Design USA will advise you of any ongoing licensing requirements.
Web hosting services are provided via MillionaireHost infrastructure. Hosting is subject to:
Web Design USA's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, conversion rates, or revenue results from our work. Past results in our portfolio are not guarantees of future performance.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business plans, financial information, client lists, and technical information.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
